recette pour 12 tigrés pesés à 50 gr dans des moules à savarins ( Elastomoules Debuyer)


 


125 gr de beurre fondu


125 g de sucre semoule


125 gr d'oeuf


10 gr de rhum Saint James


10 gr de trimoline ou miel


100g de poudre d'amandes


25g de farine de type 45


 


en fin de mélange ajouter 70 g de pailleté chocolat


 


cuisson 20 mn à 170°


 


après refroidissement garnir de ganache chocolat  liquide ...
